You have a solid reason to pick neo over Ethereum and with the chunk of eth coins that was dumped on the market I think it will take some time

before ethereum hits back to its all time high but I think you can split the investment and go 50-50 on both coins or more for neo and less on eth so as not to miss the opportunity when either breaks lose for a bull run.

I suggest racking in some STRAT as they are coming with huge technology from behind that outweighs Ethereum,NEO,DASH,XMR,ZEC!! On top of that it extremely cheap at the moment. I think Neo better for much profit. Ethereum growed a lot already and have thousands ICOs. Neo more new coin and ICOs just started to launch on Neo.

I think same. But for ICO goals I trade ETH also. ICO on NEO platform have more rules for deploying. One smartcontract in NEO blockchain cost 500 GAS. It's first level for ICO team

10 000 for the ETH to 2020 is almost unrealistic, but at the moment even reaching a level of 4000 dollars gives more than x5.
As for NEO, it can not reach the level of $ 1000 as there are a lot of strong competitors. Therefore, I do not consider this option at all.
