Depends on your risk level. The higher you can afford losses the more NEO shall go in your portfolio.
ETH is well established, running blockchain and usable.
NEO is mostly speculation but developing and had its first ICOs and NEO is more vulnerable than ETH in terms of Asia news. ETHs price doesn‘t fall as much as NEO‘s price during dips. Sure, this can change but that‘s what recent data show.
Since I am investing in cryptos I made a x8 gain with ETH and a x25 with NEO. I never thought about selling Ether but about selling NEO I am thinking mostly always when the price rises.
If I would decide today, I would buy 9 NEO and about 0,8 ETH.

I think you better invest in neo because you will get more from investing 15 neo, if you do not dare take that action then it does not matter if you invest in 2 ethereum but you will only get a little profit

Ethereum is always my favorite project. I do not have much, but I believe it is a valuable project. Ethereum can be priced at $ 5,000 in the future. Those waiting for patience can see those days.

NEO and ETH are on top of my list too. ETH... I use it for ICOs... and it's relatively stable at the moment. Rapid growth is not always good. Look at most coins... Tron, Ripple, even Bitcoin. |

I would always prefer ETH, because there are thousands of project out there which use Ethereum Protocol for own dapps. Yes,I agree there are more projects uses Ethereum Protocol.And i also prefer ETH when it comes to their technological aspects,because its especially well-positioned in the market.I think ETH also have the advantage compare to NEO when it comes to mainstream adoption.So its better for me to hold Ethereum. |

Why don't you invest in both? NEO and ETH are good coins and both have "smart contract" which is going to trend of the future. In 2017, ETH increased 80x and in 2018, many specialist said that the price of ETC can increase to $5.000 even $10.000 because most of the current ICOs are building on ERC20 of ETH. While NEO is considered Ethereum of China which increased 1000x in 2017 and most likely it will still continue to increase in 2018 but i think NEO is hard to reach $1000 in 2018. The better you should invest in both, 50% ETH and 50% NEO. |

For long-term investment, 15 Neo is better than 2 Ethereum. Both for long and short term with Neo you will get more profit. In four today Neo often experience fluctuations and the price is vulnerable to shift between $ 110,92 - $119,42 - $ 136,72, i think this is great for those who love day trading.

I stayed with ethereum, because i didn't dare risk more than i could. 15 NEO maybe more valuable later, but not for me. 2ETH remains better for my future investment.

but as your query is which will give more return then
chances of 2 ether giving more return is 30%
and chances of 15 neo is 70% .
