Congrats to Bloomberg they finally succeeded in utilizing their repo and mass following to execute a well planned FUD. A two-month-old news was used and published again with the title "U.S. Regulators Subpoena Crypto Exchange Bitfinex, Tether". This is a mockery of whole crypto community. Here is a full coverage I found on the topic. https://coingape.com/cryptocurrency-prices-fall-amid-bloombergs-update-about-tether/

Thanks to all those who were spreading awareness and reality.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

it looks bloomberg is always having another scenario, bloomberg is known about the crypto is very sensitive to the news. Basically a lot of fake news and rumour about crypto that has been spreading by some people.

Just like what already happened when people are spreading about the uncertainty news of crypto in asia the market gives a response with big correction and all of the newbies are feeling panic.

The subpoenas were sent 2 months ago nearly but did any news outlet actually report this story before today? I did not see it anywhere, perhaps it is just a case that no news article was aware of it until recently? I agree though that FUD is always too much and people need to learn to take a step back and consider news before reacting, as well as verifying the source of the news.

Well,it is however unfortunate how people overly react to negative news involving cryptos. How can they be blamed after all,it is about making or losing money ad no one wants to be on the losing side, but as always seen, the market will surely recover.

This is clearly a FUD news and they are not stopping in any way. Also, Facebook announced that they are not allowing those crypto ICO advertisement or they are removing now.  This  negative news is affecting the bitcoin price and last time I check its below $10,000 in my  opinion. Though its a good opportunity to buy, but its hurting to see in blockfolio.  Cheesy
