Here is my checklist when I selecting the bounty company.

1. The project should be clearly stated Softcap, Hardcap, the amount of reward for the bounty campaign.

Softcap and Hardcap it figures that the team knows the value of his project and has the final goal.

2. Who is the Manager of the bounty campaign?

Here's an interesting article with some characteristics of managers: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2845483.0

3. Activity in the ANN topic should be high.

4. Blockchain of the token. Preference is given to ETH.

5. Did Pre-ICO? If so, how successfully?

6. The nationality of the developers. If Russian, then not recommended. Only if other criteria are high.

7. On which exchanges will be listing and when?

8. What will happen to the unsold tokens?

9. Is there a smart contract? Is it the conditions for the bounty? Is there a freeze after the distribution of tokens? Where are investors ' funds - on the wallet of developer (bad) or on a smart contract (good)?

10. Study the idea of the project by reading the White Paper.

11. Does the project have an existing business model or prototype of the project?

12. Who are the advisers of the project?

After then you will have a first impression about the project and you can take a further decision. If you have something to add, I suggest. I hope the article was useful for you.

I like the article you made it's quite informative. But why Russian developers are not that recommended? Can you state it why? I would like to know the reason why. Is it from past experiences?

Yeah you are right in how to select the bounty programs but the problem is many people don't know how to evaluate them.So it only can obtained through the experience with the cryotocurrency. And we also need to look about their bounty programs funds, more funds means more promotion.
But many ICOs not mentioning when and on what exchanges the tokens will be listed. And it is a good checklist to be followed for beginners who don't know how to select bounty.

I agree with you, this is a good checklist to be followed by beginners who do not know how to choose a bounty. we also need to see their grant program funds, more funds mean more promotions.

With regards to Russian developers.

I got the impression a lot of people in our community write about it.

My experience participating in projects with Russian developers is:

1. Uservice - ICO will end on 1 February (successfully). Tokens obtained partially for Pre-ICO.
2. HOQU - ICO completed successfully. They can't calculate the reward for a long time. I hope everything will be OK.
3. Abelon - the project did not collect SoftCap on Pre-ICO. Suspended.
4. TokenGo - the project did not collect SoftCap on Pre-ICO. Extension of Pre-ICO.
5. Dogezer - stage of private sales. Public ICO starts on February 15.
6. QUASA - stage of Pre-ICO. SoftCap collected.

When choosing a project with the Russian developers I would be focused on the following points:
- did Pre-ICO and how successfully?
- does the project have a working prototype or offline business.
- participate the project in various conferences? Activity in social networks.
- advertising campaign. Does paid advertising on google, facebook, twitter, etc.?

If you do not agree with my opinion, then please adequate criticism.
