Is there any way to make money apart from mining?

Except for the mining part earning Bitcoins is just like in any other currency.
Sell stuff, work for it, exchange other currencies for it and so on.

Speculation is a bigger aspect in Bitcoins as they have more potential for huge price swings.
I would recommend just to buy some Bitcoins and hold them (make sure to read about how to store them securely).

Or you can do mining other coin and "invest" this way. For example worldcoin has very low difficulty and you can make 100-300 worldcoins a day using mainstream amd graphics card. And probably you will make more money in 1-2 year horizont like doing bitcoin today with the same card.

The faucet rotator is better and much faster and easier to use. No having to go from site to site; just click "next" and it's all handled for you.

So, any way to make a little money?

I solved a programming problem for somebody in these forums and I earned a fee for doing so.

Good luck!

Lol no just google BTC robot. I tried it with $300 and it made like $2 profit in 5 days. I mailed the devs but they said it only makes money when the market is moving and you have a lot of funds.

This isn't evidence that it's not a scam, it could still be a ponzi scheme (or you could be a sockpuppet).
There is no way to be 100% sure, but the best way is to analyze the business plan (could this work?), the credibility of the issuers (do you know who is doing that, what is their background?) and their history (do they have a long track record of keeping promises?).
(Not an easy task, I know)

To be honest I really don't know. Like I said I only made 2 dollars of profit so I cancelled my account. Might work with more funds.
