Seeking USA based "accredited" or "sophisticated" investor to act as mentor

I am seeking accredited or sophisticated investors who would like to act as a mentor in the formation of a new business.  I am NOT seeking investors at this time as that is illegal under SEC rules.  I am ONLY seeking individuals who qualify under the SEC's 1933 regulations as "accredited" or "sophisticated" investors:
