untrue statement:
You have taken the correct step by ordering a copy of the cashed MOs from MoneyGram. Please share it with this ticket when you receive it and we will pick up the ticket from there.
We will not be able to reply to this ticket in the meantime, because we have done full due diligence from our end and I do not see any deposits in our bank logs or MO scans. We will pick up the ticket again when you provide a copy of cashed MOs.

So since I sent you copies of BOTH that you cashed immediately upon receiving on Aug 21st and then make me go through all this since Aug 22nd because you ignore me and then when I prove everything to be the whole truth you ignore me again?!?!?! THAT IS NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!
