This is really a hard case because you Factory Reset your SS phone without backup data ( i guess because i don't see you mention it, and if not there will not be this thread).
- How to transfer every data from my samsung galaxy s4 to my pc without LCD (lcd for SG4 was crashed)
- First you need to recover your phone's data. In this case, you must use data recovery software, there are many different software, free and paid fee. For me, the best free software i have used is
Gihosoft Android Recovery Free, it also has paid fee option, you can try or find better software. You don't need to repair your LCD screen because this process occur on your computer and recovered data come back into your comouter
- then, Should i use app for windows (like recuva ) or mby try doing somethink from Linux os ?
- I think windows apps can't be used for recovery phone data.
- Which method will be the best ?
- Using a android professional data recovery software, as i recommend below.
- Finnally. How should i looking for this "data" I dont know where should i looking for ? In whcich folder the data with my btc is stored ?
It's a dat. file, maybe named wallet.dat

You can. They work the same.
- Using a android professional data recovery software, as i recommend below.
Have you actually used it before?
It's a dat. file, maybe named wallet.dat
It's not. Every android wallet that I know of does not store the backups nor any related files that is called wallet or wallet.dat, especially if it has existed since 2015.
If you didn't make a backup of your wallet anywhere, it would probably be as good as gone. Take the Bitcoin Wallet from Bitcoin Wallet Developers on Google Play as an example. They have backups available for their user but it is only generated on request. Else, they are only accessible by a secure partition on the device. The chance would be slim but the only thing you can do is to root your phone and try to recover everything inside it.
So bad news ;/ My stupid factory reset agrrr
