One of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges, Bitfinex, and Tether, a digital currency with a market cap of more than $ 2 billion, is reseaching by US regulators. Last week, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) sent out the legal process to Bitfinex and Tether.

He promised to sue them and it seems these weren't just empty threats. I sincerely hope that people who have their money at Bitfinex will think twice about how reliable this exchange actually is.
