If I've got it right, tokens will be frozen for some period of time, before any listings.

No the tokens will not be frozen. It will be possible to buy and sell them anytime you want.

I don't think that such serious project will use AWS or some other services. More likely they will use their own servers.

Whats about security during the crowdsale?Hope no hacks/bugs etc?

They currently have a partnership in these countries. I do not think that the project will refuse partnership in other countries.
of course they will consider establishing partnerships with other countries as developers want to continue expanding the project area
