1月9日上午，著名经济学家、中国社会科学院学部委员余永定教授在深圳创新发展研究院智库报告厅发表“中国的金融稳定和资本外逃”的主题演讲时称，中国在海外投资有净资产。既然有净资产，就应该有净收益，好比在银行存了钱，当然要跟银行收利息一样。但是十多年来我们都给外国人付利息，这是一个很不正常的现象。据我所知世界上再没有第二个国家是这样。更糟糕的是：除付息外，我每年还新存进银行许多钱，但存了差不多十年的钱后到银行去查账，一看本金不但没有增长，而且减少了。这个缺口到底有多大？1.3万亿美元！这可不是一个小数目。但却没有引起什么注意。我不知道为什么大家不关注这个问题。（via 深圳创新发展研究院）
