from my point of view, a very interesting idea and usually the price of coins grow quickly after being listed on the new exchange. and also you have to remember that if the famous big coins are listed - nothing special, but when a small one gets a new exchange, it usually grows a lot.

I think its so useful to everyone... and usually a coins' prise rises significantly after the initial listing. So, if it`s a trully new coin, buy it now! But if it already was trading on a big exchange and now it's added to a small one, the chances to grow in short term r smaller.
