I like cryptopia because it has good volume on pretty rare coins. The interface is kinda shit but it does the job.
What other exchange with more obscure coins and decent volume do you know?
The ones I know and use:

-yobit
You can find coins there before anyone else adds them, and you will not need to take a selfie and upload your ID and other nonsense in order to trade against other cryptos.
