[Hibtc] CL Withdrawal blocked Pending

I have a problem with withdrawal of my CL (CoinLauncher ) on Hibtc

I confirm the withdraw by email, but the amount is not withdraed, and I have still the amount in my Hibtc account

That's a bit weird. I'm not sure if the email confirmation will be sent if the balance is on Trading Account, is yours on your Main Account before the withdrawal? Also, have you seen a "transaction being successfully sent" notification after clicking the confirmation link? If yes, that should have been recorded on your account > Latest Transactions, even at least a pending one.

I did the withdraw again and re confirmed by mail

Now the withdraw is in progress since 12 hours, but never received yet on my cryptopia wallet.. :/

coinlancer using ethereum platform, if you have its  tx hash, then your transaction can we trace in etherscan or ethplorer.

Hitbtc are proceeding ETH/Tokens withdraws very slowly.
It's pointless to write to their support. This is the main reason to abandoned  them.
Last time they cost me few thousand USD. I submitted a token withdraw what was pending for 13 days and then Hitbtc just return it into my account without even proceed it.
