August was like January. The next two months will be fun  Cheesy

I'm feeling giddy too about the coming months. This sudden increase in price because of Goxs problems has created a very high jump off point.

I don't think this is a bubble though, more like a steady rise.

Is the bubble over or has it just started Huh

It is both at the same time (for now). It is also at the same time a bubble and not a bubble.

It is a Schrodinger (non?)Bubble.

Even kids know that Bitcoin is a snowball.

we're in the beginning phases of bubble 3.0. this time we will reach $434 before crashing.

Please be more precise in future. These vague numbers are hard to plug into my abacus.

I speculate it will get to $435.59807.  Does that help? Wink

For ACCURACY I moved the decimal point to the proper position. Hope this helps.

Sorry, that's several bubbles away. For this mini-bubble, $435 is pretty close. But next year's bubble should peak at around $2903, IIRC. ATTENTION, BY ORDER OF THE TIME POLICE, ALL WHO HAVE READ THIS THREAD ARE ORDERED TO TAKE THE PLAID SUPPOSITORY WITHOUT DELAY.

Once the price reaches 260$ all those losers, who bought for 260$, will dump their coins.

the thing is that the price was only at ~$260 for a very short time, so very few people were able to actually buy many coins at that price. the mistake many will make will be selling at $260 when the price will most likely surpass that record high.

Based upon how it blasted past the previous peak of $31 and never looked back, I suspect that the same will happen at $266 (on the way to $400?  Smiley)

Was it was a "mistake" for people to sell at $100 when they bought at $50, or sold at $200 when they bought at $100?  I guess if they bought back in low they were the really smart ones.  Personally I have only bought and not sold any.  I think that if people sell some at $260 that the price will still have ups and downs and they can probably buy back lower at some point.  The real question is how volatile is Bitcoin going to be in the future?  Will there be major drops as time goes on?  If so, it would be nice to take advantage of those drops if possible.  Easier said then done, as many a speculation thread has been written on this.

Quite unlikely considering how the Bitcoin price fluctuates in the past, but it would be nice change
