since 2 Month the network hash rate and with it the difficulty is rising much.

At the moment the hash rate is round about 19,6 Eh/s.
In the last weeks the bitcoin price drops nearly 50%.
What is your prognosis about the hash rate in the next month? Lets say the course keeps constant. Some appriciated Numbers would be interesting.
What about this mining problem in China. The hash rate is even expanding. Has anyone heared some aktual news about this? Google does not really help.
