Recommend me any ICO for long term. Or coins that just hit exchanges. I want to invest and forget about it for a year and see what will come out of this.

As for me, I'm very bullish on Skycoin and Neurogress. I was lucky to buy Sky for 4$. And Neurogress is ICO now. Don't know what will turn out of this but seems good. They develop a software for controlling devices with the power of thought. Strange that their telegram group has only 700 people although ICO starts soon. What I like about them is that they at least have some prototype of their technology.

You've got a nice judgment there.
For ICO look for a popular one, look at the team and the product/service they are talking about. It's progress and usability.
If you are going into ICO, go early to get the largest bonus.
If you've missed that, wait for it to hit the exchange and buy when the value decreases.

Actually, I like the idea of adult tokens, they can be huge cuz porn is everywhere on the web  How is it better than Spank which is already tradable?

WePower (best green-energy ICO - well hyped)
MedicalChain (great idea, good partnerships)

Better invest on ICO with existing product or services, i invest an ICO with existing company like Cappasity, they are producing AR/VR software for other companies, they are also teaming up with Alibaba and Amazon for 3D online shop. They are also the top 10 AR/VR software company.

For an ICO you should search for the popular ones go check on telegram and also on twitter if you are in the business ofcourse or otherwise you should go and check on google top icos for 2018. One of it its ours. Good luck on it!

Check ICObench and ICOdrops for ICOs with good scores.

Check their Telegram, Reddit and Twitter accounts. Are there many people talking about it? Hyped ICOs are often profitable especially in the beginning after they hit exchanges and they spike. 

Also important: Check the "Whitelist" button on ICOdrops and get in early in as many whitelists as you can. For the best ICOs you need to be on those lists to participate in the ICO. They often close pretty soon and hype and discussion needs to build up. When the ICO is finally there, everyone is talking about it and you are on that list? Congrats!

Are you serious? Why don't you do your own research instead of asking questions. You will get different answers here because most of them will point you to the coin where they have already invested up.

Use the power of internet and look at the coins that you have mentioned and decide for yourself it they are worth to be invested with your hard earn money.

The only coins that has a proven track record is bitcoin. All other coins has the "potential" to be pump-and-dump, meaning artificial price movement.

Since you are looking for a good ICO, take a good look at https://www.fuzex.co/. Right now they are in the middle of a very successful ICO, that has already reached 75% of the target.
