Thanks a lot for your offer, but at the moment I'm not selling them for less than 2.5. If you change your mind we can do escrow. Probably better with John K. as Friedcat is extremely busy.

Cheap cheap.  Why should he pay for escrow?

Because if this is a scam I'm out the escrow fee.

You can check I got dividends for 4 shares at the following address:
1M23nPFX17pmvkQ2fKZspXfZgb4GSotXFi

You can look in this thread and find out that I purchased them

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=269641.msg2962561#msg2962561

About escrow:
We can organize escrouw but with this price I'm not going to pay the fees. I think the fastest way is without escrow, but I understand if you don't trust me (I bought them using escrow). Please post in the thread that you want escrow and with how many shares as I got other PMs with people interested on them. In this way everyone can see how many are left.

In case you want to buy them now, please send me PM with your email address and your bitcoin address to receive the dividends. I will then confirm by email that I got the details and I will ask then to pay. As soon as I see a confirmation I will email/PM friedcat with the transfer details. I will reply you once the transfer is done and pay for the dividends of this week if the transfer wasn't done in time.

Currently:
1 share for GravePhoenix.
3 shares for User705 if he agrees with the terms.

If User705 doesn't agree, then watertech666 is the next in the list (got PM from this user)

Hi,

I read quite a lot about AsicMiner, but that share-thingy is quite new to me. Can anyone provide some information regarding the eventual outcome of one share (how much is it actually and things like that?)?

Is it still possible to take part in this auction?

If my questions need to be more precise, please let me know.

AsicMiner is a company that decided to mine with their own hardware and finance it through initial shares. They also sell some of their hardware. They send dividends per each share every week. You can check the dividends per share every Wednesday on asicminer.info. Part of the dividends comes from mining and the rest from hardware sales.

Very often part of the mined coins is saved to be reinvested in new hardware with the purpose of increasing the hashrate of asicminer and try to keep a constant ratio respect the whole network.

There is a thread here in bitcointalk about asicminer if you need more info.

I advice you to read more before making any decision. By then, if shares are still available, you are welcome. Otherwise there are often auctions here in bitcointalk to buy them or in other websites like btctc.co.

Here you want to do escrow and then less then a day later you don't.  Hmmm.  If you don't want to pay for it I will add the cost on top of the 7.5BTC.  Once John K PMs me I will transfer the coins with the extra fee.  Lets keep this in the thread so all can see.  That way there is no double selling of shares by email.

All interested should click on the link provided by notung and realize he purchased these shares less then a month ago for 3.7BTC each then make your own conclusions regarding escrow.
