I sent you PM. No reply from John K. I did PM him again but no answer yet. If you are still interested we can look for someone else to do escrow. Any preference?

Why not PM friedcat that you are selling and if he confirms in this thread then I can just pay directly.

I can do that. I was just going to bed now but I will do it tomorrow morning. I will copy you as well in the address. On the other hand I think that John is probably preparing the escrow... If I did not get any email from you tomorrow morning saying the opposite I will PM Friedcat.

PS: I used the same address for both users due to the amounts involved.

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

The escrow address for Notung and gravephoenix/user705's transaction would be:

1M1MetbjpmLWWjXUyK8sDmhX1pfmBY5ZV9

Please state and agree to the conditions (if item is received damaged, item lost with tracking, customs fee etc) beforehand.

If possible, GPG sign your agreement to prevent any discrepancies later on and please ship with tracking to prevent problems during delivery. GPG signing is not a requirement, and any verbal exchange in the form of private messages or posts on bitcointalk.org, or email is effective as a statement of condition.

The fine print:
This Contract is solely generated for the purpose of facilitating the transaction between the seller and the buyer, which refers to the pseudonyms used on bitcointalk.org.
The escrow holder, John, assumes and gives no liability or guarantees on the satisfaction of all parties involved, although he agrees to mediate and facilitate the deal to the fullest extent he is capable of.  On the event that any problems arises, he will release the escrow to whichever party that presents him with the most convincing proof and/or after an open discussion with others or theymos.
The verbal acceptance by both parties (or the failure to reject) and the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated, and the activation of this Contract.

Please understand that I am assuming the risk of holding the escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this transaction.
I am imposing a fixed and nonrefundable fee of 1.5% for this transaction, pre-paid to 1NB1KFnFqnP3WSDZQrWV3pfmph5fWRyadz before the start of the escrow.

If I am offline when the BTC is received (please check on blockchain.info), please consider the escrow active (and go ahead with shipping etc) when the transaction gets 3 confirmations or more as the escrow address is unique for this transaction.
Also, please understand that I do not live in the forums, and may need up to 48 hours to release the escrow afterwards after confirmation is received. The average time for escrow releases is within 5 hours after the confirmation.

Thank you.

John (the escrow holder)

The terms of the auction/escrow ar the following.

All the shares are direct AsicMiner shares with a fixed price of 2.5BTC each.

1 shares for GravePhoenix (2.5 BTC)
3 shares for User705 (7.5 BTC) + dividends 4th and 11th of September

Escrow expenses (1.5%) will be prepaid to John. K

So escrow fees for John K. are:
GravePhoenix: 0.0375 BTC
User705: 0.1125 BTC

Process:
1. GravePhoenix and User705 will send me a PM with their email addresses and a bitcoin address (for the dividends) so I can order the transfer to Friedcat.
2. I will send an email from my personal email address to User705 and GravePhoenix and wait for their reply. In this way we can verify that there are no mistakes.
3. GravePhoenix and User705 will pay to John K the fees and the shares. They will post in this thread the TXID, amount and say that they agree with the terms of the escrow.
4. Once that I see that all the payments are done to John (via TXID) I will send a PM/email to friedcat with the details of the transfer. John K. will receive the message as well.
5. After the the transfer is confirmed by friedcat and I get the payment from John K. I will will transfer the dividends from the 4th and 11th of September to GravePhoenix and User705.

Sorry for the mistake! Obviously User705 will pay the 7.5 BTC and fees. The dividends from 4th and 11th I will transfer to him as indicated in the previous post.

Ok, so as I got email from User705 and he wants to make sure that he gets the dividends I change the order of the last steps:

Quote

Updated to:

At this point I will will transfer the dividends from the 4th and 11th of September to GravePhoenix and User705 (using the same bitcoin address that they sent me). I will post in this thread the TXID.
5. After the the transfer is confirmed John K will release the payment to a bitcoinaddres that I will post here.

User705 did the tranfer already (by PM)

Quote
BTC sent bf1d653044a3c45cdbc26443091441a79b7e81ee78f1eceac79c36fa541641fa
Address for shares 1CpbhzNWi45m8RReyxTyk3ufEaRCyv7KDX

However he did include the fees in the transfer so John, please keep the difference when you will release the funds (7.6125 - 7.5) = 0.1125 BTC (Escrow fees).

Waiting for Gravephoenix reply.

The transferring is done. Thanks.

Best regards,

Finally I got the reply from FriedCat. John K. was also included in the recipients so he can confirm it. As the transfer is done you should get the dividends from today. Just let me know that everything is OK.

Thanks,
