HOQU.io scammers stole my money and banned me from their telegram group

Update: Received HOQU tokens finally after 30 follow ups.
UPDATE: HOQU.io has un-banned me from their telegram group.

I have been patiently waiting for my tokens to arrive in my account for 4 weeks

HOQU.io scammers changed policy and made KYC mandatory before getting token in account.

I submitted KYC document 2 weeks before, HOQU.io scammers confirmed that KYC will be complete by 1st February.

Today, I asked them why KYC is not complete even after deadline passed?

HOQU.io scammers abused me and banned me from their telegram group.


I will see how HOQU.io scammer run affiliate market business. I will reach out to all big advertisers and let them know to avoid

This's why many people are feeling inconvenience when completing KYC requirement. But, have you done something wrong in hoqu telegram grup just like spread FUD or other reason?
The developer just like a child, they are banning people and not taking their responsibility.
But this's sucks in my opinion.

Really sounds hard to believe. Hoqu looked like a large scale project even though not my cup of tea. Make sure you get your Ethereum back if they do not want to do business with you. Email them a couple of times per day until it gets sorted or go back to telegram with a different user and speak with one of the admins.

I asked them, when other ICOs are able to complete KYC within 48 hours of submitting documents, why is HOQU.io taking 15 days

Emailed them 16 times in 4 weeks, they do not respond to email, chat requests.

I've not had any problems with HOQU, KYC passed & tokens on my dashboard (Not in MEW yet) But they seem to be active so I very much doubt it's a scam...

You are right accusations without solid proofs might get you in a bad situation,you might receive red tags or negative trust,People here wont agree with your accusation without any proof posted.The best thing to do is to create a thread so you can prove your claim,if they really scammed you the elders will do something about it so no more people will get involved if they were proved guilty.

You need a solid proof to prove them guilty,accusations without any solid proofs would be just accusations.I suggest get some solid evidence or some screenshots of your conversations,or emails then create a thread to the accusations/investigation board so there will be someone to help you if you really got scammed by these people.

Are sure you invest into the right project, so many phishing mails flying around recent, during Dadi ICO I received 3 mails from different sources and get confused what to do next, likewise Bee token ICO. I believe if you invest into the right project and you fail their KYC you will have your fund back

This project has high ratings in many reviews. I think you need to write letters to them with minimal emotion. Since polite letters are more often answered.
If your documents are rejected in the KYC, but you have already sent the money, then they must return the Ether. Perhaps it will take more time until they check everything. From a week to a month. But I think you'll get either Ether or tokens. This project does not look like a scum in my opinion.

The KYC system is very troublesome, but it can make us feel more secure with our assets, if you say HOQU is a scam only with that evidence, maybe I think you are in too much of a hurry. You can not say that a project is a scam just because of your personal interest, but you should be able to show evidence of it
