Count me in I could develop a website from scratch just a text-based only but I think it is attractive xD


It is more like O.P is looking for someone to develop his/her site so it could attract a potential investor to take the chance and invest in his/her ICO.
This is weird don't you think O.P is looking for a developer to make an official website so meaning he/she doesn't know how the cryptocurrency work personally.

I guess he/she doesn't have the team to execute the new ICO.

P.S But if O.P know how to develop a site, I think he/she just doesn't have the time to make it because he/she is more busy talking to business partners.
