Who else is interested in creating a project/ICO that manages new bounty campaigns? Something very professional that will gain trust of the community with one very important goal: Providing consistency in bounty allocation.
The problem with most bounty campaigns is that there is always a risk the bounty manager will not calculate stakes correctly or worse - the team will not distribute the promised coins in accordance with their original bounty terms. People who have joined various campaigns over time are all too familiar with the inconsistency in each bounty campaign. This isn't to say each campaign can't have its own unique requirements, of course they can, but rather we need to ensure that bounties are distributed as promised, with correct stake allocation.
If there was a trusted central bounty management body/project with approved bounty managers, then this project could require a fully refundable (minus campaign fee) ETH deposit from new projects looking to launch bounty campaigns. This ETH would only be refundable after the project distributes the tokens they promised (eg: 2% total token supply). Members would also be confident joining the bounty campaigns since they would be ensured of the consistency in stake allocation and payouts.
I'm thinking of putting together a project like this - maybe even a step further and creating an entire "crypto court" of sorts. A purely opt-in system that projects can join to gain community trust. I'm particularly after veteran/respected forum members who are interested in this idea and willing to allocate their time to the project. Could even go the way of an ICO if we launch it.
