I'm just wondering whether it's possible or not to buy BitcoinTalk accounts or not? If yes please PM me

Not really sure if it's allowed or not it's not clear from the rules

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

If you want to own a bitcoin talk account you must made it by your own because i think there is nothing account for sale. It is so easy to register, you must have a gmail account first before registering.

Actually, it's possible but I and the community will not recommend it. A bought account will end up nothing and will be tagged by DT members soon with the issue of promoting scam/spam on this forum. So don't try or else.

no don't do it because you need knowledge about it and if you buy account your account will give red trust by others here in forum i think if your newbie start in faucets and in trading to earn money because your newbie you need knowledge first then back in forum,i'm jr only but i always read here in forum and i already invest in trading here.
