BBS starts from integrating with the forum software. A website can already benefit from BBS by integrating it with the existing plugin ecosystem. There are thousands of existing forums that users can get points from posting threads and spend the points.

Altex isn't added in mktcap sites like coinlib.io, coingecko (none exchange). Just ok in coincodex.

I mean the web site is based on a free Word Press template and to say it sucks is an understatement.

Cryptoisme is the only fool website that list BBS as a mineable coin. Another bunch of clowns who states that for 10000Hs rate you mine between 50 to 80 usd a day worth.

Another few words of mention should be spent for the BBS team attitude on this forum. Total jerks to say the least.

The problem with this one, is that practically you cannot exchange it.

I was able to exchange a small amount, about 70K of BBS for  0.00000006 LTC, which is a value per $, several times lower than the one touted for BTC, of which you cannot actually get a transaction through.
I have a sell order for BTC on Altex at the lower possible rate and it has been sitting there for more than 1 month...
That a few transactions a day go through does not matter.

Please check the below post, you can just select leave BBSCoin and mine what you like, and stop your attacking post, no one force you mining BBS.

A kindly reminder of what we've done in past 3 months:

• Delivered the initial version of integrations for 4 different forum software providers.
• Upgraded all the library dependencies of pool code. No one cares to do them in years and the majority of Cryptonight pools are running on a Node.js version that released 5 years ago.
• Released Web Wallet built from scratch that the majority of Cryptonight coins are STILL on the roadmap. Why? Because there is no open-source project they can simply fork from!
• Upgraded the difficulty algorithm TWICE to fight against hashing attack.
• Forked to Cryptonight v7 to fight against ASIC so everyone can have a fair game.
• Public APIs and documentations are almost ready.
• New forum plugins are in development and we will start to promoting websites to use them.

In the meantime:

BBS team has 3 developers that all have full-time software development job.
We have spent all the spare time and weekends to develop this coin and providing support with no pre-mine, ICO or any kind of financial support.
We are run all the servers with money from our own pocket.
We paid the listing fee from our own pocket.
We never sold any BBS on any of the exchanges.
We bought back 500 million coins from the market.
We didn't even call for donations.

These are all driven by the passion that we want to make something that's useful and fun.
But I am very sad about what happened here. People just come here and call us a scam for no reason.
Because we didn't check the thread here in a day or two.
Because they are not earning as some website advertised.
Because they can't find the information they need.
Because the price is low.

The hash rate has dropped from 3MH/s to 600KH/s since we moved to Cryptonight v7.
You can mine a lot with an ordinary home PC. It virtually cost you nothing.
I just don't understand people accusing like they've lost a million.

Please, guys. Do your own research.
Save your time to mine something else if you don't like BBS. No one forced you to mine it.

You guys answered on this tone or worst, even from the first demands of clarifications by some users, months ago.
Some were simple requests or small complains as it normally happens in similar circumstances when things do not work like other hundreds of Coin wallets out there. Then once people began to get your "polite" suggestions, while nothing was working as it should on your side and on the mean time you got no market for your coin, regardless of what you may think a market should works like, so you get the: scam or pos, shit coin label you deserve, because so far that is how everything looks like.
You keep being a jerk and they will keep coming. no worries.

I am not mining BBS at all and I will not touch it until it will looks like a legit project and you can bet any sane of mind will not mine it.

Fix your "relationship" with cryptoisme website and make sure that it will not states that 10k Hs rate will grant 60$ or even 80$ a day worth of mining, because it does not.
Obviously if someone shows that you can mine boatloads a day of BBS and then you cannot sell any to cover expenses, no one will mine. Right?

In General, I will tell you, in fact, it was in practice. A lot of very coins lay at the bottom of a few years until last year and were not needed by anyone. But last year they all grew up and made many rich.
