Sorry but no, accounts like that is not a valid collateral since it can be easily recovered by declaring that its hacked. Offer other form of collateral and you may get higher chances of getting your loan request funded. The collateral that you need to offer should have 120% value over your loan so lets say your loan is $100 USD, your collateral should be worth $120 USD, reason why its 120% is because if you don't pay after your loan expires, lender can easily liquidate or sell your collateral to recover the loss. If you read the link that I posted, account like those are not valid, it falls under 10th bullet point and you also mentioned that you will get $250 USD on that account after the airdrop, that falls under the 4th bullet point.
