With the way the market currently is now, it is best to invest all 60k in BTC only, the rest of the coins is dropping like flies the more BTC keeps on dropping. Try to net the BTC around 7800-8000 ranges so you can even immediately net a profit when it goes back up to like 8500 etc.

Don't depend on any suggestion , if you want to make profit you'd better make your own analysis. But if you are just newbie here the safest investment is with bitcoin. Buy this and hold it for good while you are still learning, put at least 50% of your invest fund and profit will come. First of all, congratulations! Not everyone manages to have that sort of money just laying around!

Second, please be very, very cautious as to where you are going to invest your money in. Lots of people just spreading scamming coins and ICO, and I beg you to do a lot of research in any coin that you're going to invest in the future. I've been in this kind of trades for a while and I've seen plenty of people being scammed and taken advantage of just because they didn't had people alerting them.

60k$ is alot of money so you should have good risk management to reduce any risk and to maximize the profit. In my opinion 60% of that money use to buy some coin that popular, has big community already and on top ten ranking in coinmarketcap like DASH, WAVES, NEO and XLM. And then 20% of it use to make invest in some new coin that has massive potential like Utrust, Bitdegree and Vechain, Deepbrainchain. And other 20% more use to make invest in some ICO that has working product and nice concept. By put your money in many opportunity will make your more expert to gain consistent profit in cryptocurrency market.

You've definitely picked an interesting time to buy in. The cryptosphere has been on a downtrend for the last month after its biggest bull run in its history. It's hard to say whether this bull run will occur again soon. Nevertheless, you can buy a lot of altcoins on a discount now. I notice you don't want to buy ETH, but I'd recommend BTC and ETH as part of your base portfolio, and then maybe spend another 50% on low market cap altcoins of your choosing.

do not invest anycoin now just take advantage when btc drop altcoin drops at least %10 and buy and sell at %10 profit.

This is not a good idea unless he is already a trader making money, while trading is very tempting and many people get in bitcoin and in this forum to learn how, it is not easy, most people will lose all their money in just under a year, so it is better to invest in some coin and use that time to learn about trading, that way you earn money and buy time so you can become a more effective trader in the future, besides 60k is a good amount of money especially if you invest in altcoins.
