Need Help With Ethereum!

I am in need of some help with Ethereum if possible. I sort of "understand" how to send, receive, and mine bitcoin and altcoins but I have no clue how to use Ethereum. I cannot figure out what "gas" is but I guess I need some to send some tokens that I have from an airdrop that I received and I have no idea how to do it. I don't know if this helps but here is my Ethereum address 0x0f7Cf67AF500AcD419da022e64380CFC8C6f4125. I'm pretty sure I only need a little bit of "gas" to send the tokens but I have no clue how to get any of it. If anyone could enlighten me I would really appreciate it. I know I'm pretty late to the game but I really want to get started with all of this cryptocurrency stuff. Thanks in advance!!

Gas is the internal pricing for running a transaction or contract in Ethereum.

It's basically the transaction fee. It measures how much "work" an action or set of actions takes to perform.  When it comes to actually paying for the gas, the transaction fee is charged as a certain number of ether, the built-in token on the Ethereum network and the token with which miners are rewarded for producing blocks.

Your ETH address doesn't have any ETH, try to send a little amount like 0.01 or 0.005 ETH and that can be use as your GAS.

For now Scrotal, akmittal is right. You don't have to think about the "GAS" as there's no exchange where you can send those POLY tokens you've got. Wait for it that an exchange will list it and then when its ready, put some ETH to your ETH address.
