Hi,
According to the terms of CoinTerra, the warranty is only 90days.
Am I the only one that feel unsafe with the only 90 days warranty the CoinTerra offers? What you think guys? it is 14k$. Is CoinTerra not sure about their products? Some countries enforce the manufacturer and retailers to offer at least one year warranty.

I would not be comfortable with that. The asic needs more than 3 months to even give you ROI.

The seller is located in US then the EU regulations won't apply on him.

CORRECT!

Quote
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnuson%E2%80%93Moss_Warranty_Act

The statute is remedial in nature and is intended to protect consumers from deceptive warranty practices. Consumer products are not required to have warranties, but if one is given, it must comply with the Magnuson-Moss Act.

I imagine the only persons to have any rights in this area or anything similarly related in USA are corporate persons!  Grin

ALSO: Please re-read their terms and conditions. They reduced the warranty further, if my eyes can read correctly.
