طلب مساعدة

( 2fa لي صديق فعل خاصية ( غوغل
في منصة يوبيت لزيادة امان حسابه وبعد تفعيلها لم يستطع الدخول لحسابة منذ يومين وفي كل مرة خطأ رمز الدخول لهذه الخاصية
وأعادة تفعيل الخاصية من هاتفه بأدخال الكود المكون من 16 رمز يدويا وبقي نفس الخطأ
وطلب المساعدة من الدعم ولم يتلق اي رد
رجاءا من الاخوة مساعدته وبارك الله فيكم

بارك الله فيكم .. لقد قام بالضبط التلقائي للوقت الوتاريخ في هاتفه وبقي نفس المشكل
أهل الخبرة ساعدوه بارك الله فيكم وكم مدة الرد من الدعم في منصة اليوبيب
