I was under the impression that Bootstrap is quite easy to apply. Several people have contacted me already, so I think I was correct.
Bootstrap is indeed a good tool. The fact that you have found several people that are prepared to take your $5 doesn't prove anything other than they want your money. The proof comes after the site is successfully bootstrapped. Whether any of these people can do this remains to be seen. Lots of people that can't do the job apply for dev jobs. You don't find out till afterwards.
