I am a noob at armory and i have quite some bitcoin stored and i really need to cash out so i want to send it to coinbase but when i try to send it from armory the "send" button doesnt respond.I get promted about the satoshi/byte thing and click yes and nothing happens. On bottom right is says connected indicating the blocks in blue color.I have armory 0.96.3 and i am an advanced user(not really) on windows 10.This has taken a huge toll on my mentality and i really need to return some money.Guys please help me i beg you.

Post your log files.

Try using 0.96.4 RC3, available here: https://github.com/goatpig/BitcoinArmory/releases/tag/v0.96.3.992

Quit Armory, wait a few seconds, and then check the task manager. If you still see ArmoryDB, kill it. At that point, run Armory again, but only after upgrading to 0.96.4 RC3 (0.96.3.992). There's a sticky up top with the link.

It looks like the database got damaged somehow. Was hoping it was just ArmoryDB acting weird but I'm guessing it's actual DB corruption. Quit Armory and ArmoryDB, delete Armory's databases folder, and restart Armory. It'll take awhile to sync but I don't see a way around it, considering that the DB was tossing out errors left and right in the logs.

1) Start BitcoinQt manually, let it sync

2) Delete this folder C:\Users\nikavlakhs\AppData\Roaming\Armory\databases

3) Start Armory.

Before you do any of this, update to the latest RC:

https://github.com/goatpig/BitcoinArmory/releases/tag/v0.96.3.992

i did exactly as you told me,pressed the send bitcoin button and it didnt even promt me to the new interface where you choose how much to send etc...so i shut down armory again then bitcoin core, then i opened bitcoin core and let it synch one more time since more than 3 hours had pass.

After it was done i opened armory and now it is in "Scanning transaction history" mode with the bar not showing any specific completion percentage and going green from left to right and next to the bar it simply says "3 hours".

Should i just wait or reboot armory?I remind that it doesnt show any completion percentage...dear god help me

You need to post fresh logs with each iteration. Saying "it does not work" will not yield more clues than the first time around.

Looks like Core's not totally happy with the connection to Armory. Does your bitcoin.conf file match what's listed here?

C:\Users\nikavlakhs\AppData\Roaming\Bitcoin is where bitcoin.conf should go. Once placed there, restart Core, make sure Armory has a proper connection and is fully synced to Core, and try again.

Armory can stay open but you can go through steps 1-4 if you're paranoid. If you close Armory, remember to check and make sure that ArmoryDB is closed too before restarting Armory.
