Hello,

Are Newbies restricted from uploading their own Avatars?

I did not see a way to do this in my portfolio settings.

Do I have to wait until I am no longer a Newbie? That's only 4 hours correct!

I'm pretty sure newbies are allowed to upload avatars. In the avatar selection area, you can pick a default picture, upload your own or set a URL.
