I am a fan of cryptopia. I had never an issue there. In fact I recommend that exchange to my own people. I am not ready to accept the report. Do they selective scam ? It is also not logical. I was working with a team and that coin was listed on cryptopia. Decent service with better security was provided by cryptopia team. Cryptopia is wonderful centralized exchange so far. May be there was some errors or miscommunication or BUGS !!!

Reasons can be many for that but first of all you need to check did not you shared your private keys and Wear and it would be better to change the wallet and transfer all of your funds into a new one.
