Hi, I am new to the entire crypto currency system. I have recently acquired a wallet and made some small change from freebie sites such as bitvisitor.

My questions are about mining.

1 Are there any reliable for-dummies type of places where one can get a in depth understanding of bitcoin mining?

2 Are there any reliable sites where BTC can be exchanged ?

I know I can google these questions, but it would be more assuring to get answers from people who know this business well. Such as you people Smiley

2) I would recommand CoinBase if you are American, or Bitstamp if you are European.

I think this is the best answer. I will add some. If you are russian btc-e, if you are from asia or africa try localbitcoins.
