Newbies and paypal never work out on this forum so I would suggest you get another payment method if you want a successful trade.

No chance of converting your PayPal to BTC here with an untrusted account. PayPal is a reversible payment method and you can do that up to 180 days.

I suggest you trade your PayPal funds with a family member or friend. They give you cash and you use that cash to buy bitcoin. There are safer and non-reversible payment methods which are much more preferred here. And escrow.. don't forget to use a trusted escrow here.

Nobody will send coins first, just to let you know in advance.
