So, to cut the long story short. I have transfer the wrong token to Okex because this stupid token (PRO) has the same 3 letters initial for 2 different token on 2 different platform (HUOBI and Okex) .
I contacted the Okex support countless time (the real time chat, email, etc) but not even a single response. Until I contacted the HUOBI support and immediately got to know that it's 2 different coin. Best things is there is no way to find out in Okex that what the coin actually is (on December at least, I dunno whether they have change their website) . Until I contacted them in their chinese site that I got a response finally.
Then email was exchanged. and that was freaking a month ago!!! All they say is "the technical team is looking into it" , "they start looking into it" , "they compile all similar case to handle at once" bla bla bla.. all the bullshit but no actual status being told. I got so upset that I try to find ways to contact their upper management (It would be good if someone can let me know)
Although they did warn not to transfer wrong coin like all other exchange did. But they failed to let the trader easily find out what the hell is that 3 letters initial mean in their website. And I stupidly did not expect there is different coin. I can actually see the token in Okex wallet using Etherscan because it's a ERC-20 token. So, it's THERE. It's NOT lost. Just need to find a way to transfer me back the token. But after a month!! They have failed to solve this stupid issue with yet the same excuse everytime. and MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE FAILED SUPPORT!!!

AT LEAST GIVE ME AN ACTUAL STATUS. BUT NO. THEY DID NOT!
AND NOW THE PRO COIN IS ALL TOGETHER MISSING ON THEIR SITE. PERHAPS WAS DELISTED!
DO NOT TRADE IN OKEX EVER!!!
