I had managed all the VLB teams campaigns during the last ICO and we stopped everything in the 1st week of the sale. The team recognized an error in their caps and wanted to redo everything. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2325725.0  Here is the thread for their last ICO. Once everything was halted the team issued a FULL refund to all investors.

The fact that they weren't greedy like a few other ICOs I have seen, made my decision to step on board as an advisor easy. Indeed it is a great project. I am interested too in the idea of getting all the vehicle registered in the blockchain and we may follow all the history of an used car before decided to buy it.
