I transferred my crop coins from the wallet to cryptobridge this morning (after they finally fixed deposits), but the coins never arrived. Have I done something wrong as there were some changes after block 20k?

I have contacted support but still didnt get any response. Transaction already has 671 confirmations... Is there anything else I can do now?
