What is the current Discord link? i tried 2 and they have expired.
Which channel do i enter? I have tried this with other coins before and its a ghost town nobody even talks or replies.
I am hoping it is better with Crop Coin.

I am in my old Wallet currently and it shows me 178 coins BUT the stake icon is still gray.

What are the exact steps i follow now to upgrade? Please.

Hi,

I have sent 1400 crop coin to crypto bridge 1 week ago and never received anything.

I have no updated my wallet and sent more coins to crypto bridge and still nothing received.

Now, I have sent more coins to coin exchange hoping to receive the coins and its been over 12 hours now and still nothing received on the exchange.

I am getting really frustrated now, can someone help me please as i have already lost half my coins trying to send out from the wallet and i am stuck.


Dev or admin please look into this issue and let me know whats going on here or someone else that has experienced this problem please get back to me.

You have sent them from old wallet, this means: in the old blockchain incompatible with new one. That's why the exchange does not see it. You have to update the wallet (SAVE wallet.dat first for backup) and resync blockchain. In the new blockchain forked off the old one your coins should still be intact on the address. You may use coin blockchain explorer to verify the balance.

I dont't know exactly what is it best to do to recover them in the wallet, though. It caches old transactions and may show you what you see now (half of coins). But after resync it may or may not show you proper value. Ask more experienced people for help on this.

Deposits were frozen at the time of hard fork.
Apart that, if you sent from 1.0.0.1 wallet - see above (upgrade and retry).
If you sent from 1.0.0.2 - send an email to CryptoBridge admins, they respond promptly and usually fix issue ASAP.

Isn't sending coins from an old blockchain to a new blockchain literally the same as sending it from one blockchain (say ETH) to another (say BTC) and therefore results in a permanent loss? Or was the fork only a soft fork?
