Hey Bitcointalk!

In this thread, we want to discuss some problems with cryptocurrency trading, and tell you about the solution we have developed to help all traders to manage and monitor their crypto assets hassle free. We want to share our work with the industry experts and get more suggestions from you what we can do more to improve our service.

What Is Bitsgap?

Bitsgap is a multi-exchange platform allowing you to connect all your favorite exchanges under one unified interface. You will be able to use services such as charting, trading, portfolio management, and arbitrage from one single place. The Bitsgap is currently integrated with more than 25 exchanges where you can find market leaders like Binance, Kraken, Bitfinex, Poloniex, Coinbase Pro.

Cryptocurrency Trading Today

  • A need to log in separately to every exchange
  • Lack of global market data
  • Poor selection of trading pairs
  • Adjustment to different interfaces
  • Limited diversity of trading tools

Why Should I Use Bitsgap?

  • One secure login with ability to switch between all crypto exchanges
  • Observe whole crypto market data from one interface
  • Wide coverage for trading pairs
  • Unified interface for mobile and desktop devices
  • A list of trading tools and features such as Demo trading, Arbitrage, Conditional Trading Orders, and much more

Unique Tools For Trading

Bitsgap creates a transparent, lighting fast and secure access to most trusted cryptocurrency exchanges and provides following services to support your daily trading:
  • Cross-platform experience – get access with mobile or desktop version to a web interface (with no software download)
  • Live and Demo Trading – test the platform and trading strategies in a risk-free environment. Not so many exchanges can give you such an option
  • Portfolio Management – receive automatically generated data about your past transactions and analyze your performance
  • Risk Management – open positions with predefined stop loss and take profit levels
  • Arbitrage – take advantage of price differences instantly

How To Get Started?

1. Sign up for a free Bitsgap account
2. Add your Exchange APIs
3. Watch video-introduction for quick onboarding

How Much Does It Cost?

The product is free, and there is no trick. We know it may sound strange because a lot of trading related projects charge you only for one tool. Bitsgap will give you access to all of them for free.

It takes time to do an awesome project, so for now, we decided to open Bitsgap for Free. We are using this time to build a user base and finalize some handy tools that will give you an advantage on the market and make your daily trading easier. At some stage in 2018-2019, we will implement paid subscriptions with a fair monthly fee.

Yes same thing I thought, this platform is insanely fast lol.  Many times I am stuck at binance and kucoin interfaces they are SO SLOW some times. So from now I can just use Bitsgap and not suffer from this slow interfaces.

Ok, that seems and sounds very interesting. But seemingly comes out of nowhere. Any information on the team behind the project perhaps such as names and/or past experience?

Also, how is the validity of data streamed through your platform going to be verified?

Why would anyone give access (API or otherwise) to their funds to an unknown website/service?

I guess you didn't study before posting this.

1. They clearly guide you create trade only API. No withdrawal.
2. The API key stored on your computer using an API client software, once you shut it down, no trading possible on the web platform, they dont store your API on their servers.
3. And more security features in their platform, you can read it up on their site.

Thank you for your questions!
We are a company based in Estonia, Tallinn. The company name is BitsGap Holding OÜ - you can find the same information on our SSL certificate.
Our team consists of multiple developers, professional traders and marketing specialists. Part of the team is working in crypto industry for past 6 years already.

Speaking about the validity of data - best practice is to compare data from all major exchanges. Our platform works really fast, sometimes even faster than some exchanges. Speed was one of the major things we wanted to achieve before opening BitsGap (please check Arbitrage function as well!).

There was already an answer below and it's correct.
The platform is not getting access to finances of our users. You are controlling API keys by yourself and set all the functions out there (just set it only for trading).

Please read more details on how to add exchanges to BitsGap:

Thank you, very smart approach you did found for API Keys, using the key client on the PC.  I liked this a lot!

For sure we are planning this feature!
Already now you can use Arbitrage and there should be automatic trading across multiple exchanges quite soon.

Wow with automated cross-platform trading, I dont see any competition to your system. I love the demo mode, no other exchange offer demo mode, it helps get trained and test strategies.

Thank you.

I been using your service for a few days now.
It works great , i'm practicing with demo trading at bitsgap.com . its very nice to see binance.com wez.nz and poloniex ther among with other exchanges.
At first i was not sure about downloading your app , but  i checked it on virustotal and its  absoluteley clean .
https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/2b4c4b74093df17c4a5dc39d398a53dd04e909e1c24f18369f87c15dc6f8e5cc/detection

As i can see there was few improvements on the website as well.

Are you planning  to allow transactions export functions ? so i be able to get all my transactions  in .pdf or .csv file for each exchanger in the same format ?

Yes, at the moment, we monitor the service and are constantly making improvements. What exactly caught your eye?

Yes, that's definitely a feature we can look into. Do you have any other ideas that would make the BitsGap more handy?

Could be nice if at least one demo account was pre-created upon a sign up, just my thought Smiley

Fair point.

If within the beta test we see that the demo accounts are fairly standard from the start - that may be a good option to go with.

On the other hand - we still want to give the traders an option to choose how much and what they want to start with. The idea has it's Yes' and No's, don't you think?

Perhaps, after registration make a pop up "Want start with live or demo" if choose "demo" give an option to choose how much demo money client want and select exchanges he want for the demo. Super easy and simplified.

Hi

First start
win7, 64b

That may happen when a user has a firewall and at first attempt - the connection to BitsGap is blocked. Can you try to allow the connection in the Firewall and restart the application?
