No need for open access. For both of our client files bc.exe and BitsGapClient.exe to work correctly, the https-port 443 needs to be open within your Firewall configuration.

In any case - it seems to me wrong that the program closes with an error if it can not check its upgrades

Firstly the platform is incredibly fast and looking great.   Question I do have is about additional exchanges, when can we expect to have http://gate.io ,  huobi and kucoin?

Feature Request:

Allow users to run technical analysis and on-chart drawing, save the analysis and share the analysis using a public URL.   And allow others see all my analysis and predictions if they visit my public portfolio.  Allow others comment on my analysis and please, do not limit to 3 indicators as tradingview doing in their free membership

Fees will be applied only on the side of crypto exchange itself when you are making trades. There is no technical option for BitsGap to take these fees from you.

Yes, many people are asking us about pricing. But, there is so much to be done, so we would rather focus on making BitsGap more awesome, than figuring which feature belong to which package.

In other words, most of the BitsGap functions will be free for the next 1-2 months. Additionally, if we introduce some pricing model, you will still have a trial to decide if BitsGap is worth it for you.

Referral program:
Yes, that is already in our pipeline, but at least for now there is no much point in it as BitsGap is free right now. Shortly we will introduce the extra module for you so that you could share this program with your friends.

As for further plans, well right now we are entirely focused on the product. As mentioned before, there is a lot to be done. Since starting this thread, our marketing department already noticed significant weaknesses where users are struggling while using the platform, so that is our priority #1.

I can definitely see how you would want to have other exchanges added to our platform. Right now,  we are still in beta launch and as mentioned above, many features are yet to be added/fixed.

We constantly work on adding new exchanges to make your user experience better and better and will definitely keep you posted on the matter.

Yes, we are already aware of the issue. Users of Baidu Antivirus software on MAC OS may receive following notification during BitsGap Client installation: "Win32.Trojan.WisdomEyes.16070401.9500 Detected"

We suspect, that the main reason for this "software misunderstanding" is because we originally released BitsGap Client application for the Windows system. As a consequence of this, Antivirus manufacturer believes that the installer contains win32 files and links for MAC OS version - this is why Baidu has marked our product as a Trojanized application.

We have already sent a request to Baidu Team, asking to explain why their software identified our application as win32 containing Trojan elements and will keep track of this odd issue.
