I do not see any relationship between Valentine's Day and bitcoin. Do you think that the guys will give their girls a crypto currency? It is much more likely that they will choose jewelry as gifts or something like that. But the most intelligent advanced girls may well present some kind of crypto-coin to their beloved as a gift. Girls, if you are here, take a note.

Guys will give crypto currency to girls only if the girls have some understanding of bitcoin. It would be useless to gift bitcoin to someone who does not even know how to use it. Then explaining her everything and convincing would be again a hell of a task. Also, Valentine’s Day is not a holiday and has no value for many people. I also treat this day like all others. Nothing special.  But let’s just see what happens.

For me, it won't affect the value of Bitcoin. Because, I think no one will use bitcoin for the sake of buying gifts which might lower and lessen their investment. While they can just use their fiat currency to buy things. But, hoping that a lot of people will fall in love more about Bitcoin as Valentine's day approaches and will help pump up the price and spread love for everyone BTC <3

if a celebration affects the price of the crypto currency, I think Valentine's Day is not included in the current price influence. anyway, Valentine does not need much money. I think the big influence in the current price reduction is the rampant negative issue about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies spread all over the media

Haha what a logic! I think the point here is not about who has a girlfriend and who doesn't, but in sense - will the market will go up by this date. I really doubt in that, cause the market doesn't depend from any special date and it's behaviour is totally unpredictable. I am in position that all February is going to be like that. It is just pity that we continue to get payments, like bitcoin still costs 20k$

I think that your idea is wrong. Many people are selling Bitcoins during And before Valentine’s day amd selling Bitcoins affect the rate and price of Bitcoin. We all know that Valentines day is very memorable to all people and they spending a lot of money to this kind of event. This is an annual event so that people wasting a lot of money for their loveones. Sometimes, Bitcoin is decreasing in the beginning of the year and i know that Valentines day is one of the event that will really affect on it.

I think Valentine's Day will not affect btc.  Because Valentine's Day is an occasion to celebrate or share love to our loved ones,  there is still a presence but it's not Just too much expensive  that can really affect btc.

Actually there is a dating site named OKCupid which accepts bitcoin for online dating. So they maybe fully booked this valentine's day... But thats maybe a small percentage of affecting BTC price. As a whole, some factors that affect BTC price are the following: Goverment regualation, media influence, Stability of the Bitcoin Network, The Bitcoin Demand and Supply, Wider Mainstream Acceptance, Large Businesses Dumping to Fiat Currency, Technological Changes and Innovations and Market Manipulation.

I don't think there are any affect to bitcoin.because valantine day is not a big event and i dont think guys sell their btc and give presents to their girl friends or gve btc as present. soo it won't make any affect

NO it will not affect BTC at all. There is no connection between Valentines day and BTC BTC. The Christmas season may affect Bitcoin since it is celebrated longer than any other occasions but Valentines? nahh. It's just celebrated for a day. We'll see if such a drastic change will occur on Valentines day. Out of all the known occasions celebrated. Valentines day won't affect Bitcoin's price at all. It is an event where money was spent not invested. People are busy dating their significant other, their family, or probably rewarding themselves.

I think that valentines day will not affect the value of cryptocurrency since most of the coins are coming from a certain area or a country. The flow of the market will be always depending on the consumers and investors so do not expect about a certain events to increase or decrease the price of cryptocurrency in the market.

I highly doubt valentines day would have any effect on BTC, it is too small an event. It's generally global holidays where people seem to sell because they want to focus on other things. This is stuff like christmas and chinese new year.
