Your files are corrupted and you need to install everything again (with exception to the wallet.dat). Make sure you have multiple backups of your wallet.dat file.

Blocks are split between masternodes and staking rewards. 40% of the block rewards will go to staking. It would be difficult to calculate ROI for staking. The MN calculation assumes 50 nodes are online. If we were to use the same parameters for staking, then the ROI will be over 1000% assuming your wallet is left unlocked 24/7.

Pow ends at block 14400, at which point Alpha becomes completely proof of stake. The Roi/masternode rewards will increase.
