1) Unplug it. Let it sit for ~20 minutes. Plug it back in. When it's done with it's self-test, hook it up to your computer and start mining.
2) Move it to a cooler location. Mine's running at 61C right now, and a solid 60.22GH/s. I also have an AC blowing directly into it. They aren't as temperature sensitive as the old FPGA Singles, but temperature does matter.
2.5) If you can't get it to a cooler location, then yes, open it up and run it outside of the case. If you're going to do that, be sure to rotate the heatsink fans to blow down, rather than up.
3) Try switching to CGMiner. It takes about 20 seconds to swap the driver, and then CGMiner will automatically pick it up and work with it.
ok, I'm going to try to open the case. I have tried the cgminer but so far I have no luck making it work, it does not seem to be able to recognize the single. I will test the bfgminer. Thanks for the help anyway!
