NVIDIA '0' cards

Shopping around for 1060's and 1070's for my new rig and I'm coming across cards labeled with zeros... like "GTX 1060 0" and I can't find any information on what that zero means. Sorry if this is a dumb@ss question but with the prices of cards being what they are, I wanna make sure of what I'm buying.

Just be patient, with this bloodbath in the market right now, GPUs at normal price will come back soon.
