There is so much FUD going on around the world regarding cryptocurrencies. South Korea, Tether subpoenas and so much more.

However, It is India's turn to continue the FUD.

The Indian Finance Minister talked about his viewpoints on cryptocurrency.

He basically said he wants to crack down on "illegitimate activities" this might mean more government regulation.

It is becoming a recent trend for governments to increase regulations on cryptocurrency.

There is so much negative press atm its not surprising crypto is diving. Tether, The Nem heist, India, China etc etc. What crypto needs right now is some good press.

Being an Indian resident, I am not surprised. The finance minister (Arun Jaitley) has proven himself to be a retard over the past few years. He claims to be having educational degrees from well known institutions, but I really doubt that as his IQ is around 60. Yesterday he presented a budget in which he showered freebies on the slum dwellers and farmers, while increased the taxes for the salaried class.

Maybe that could help push the price lower, but obviously it's not the resent for what's been going on in the last few days. Unless it's coordinated process.

This are the factors we have to consider in investing in cryptocurrencies. This is the reality, that the government will try all there power to have control to the crypts. We just need to deal with that make certain adjustment and wait for the things to normalized again. It a process of evolving that until it reach to a normal state.

Indeed the current fuss with all the FUD is making market going crazy and is influencing heavily the general public opinion and I believe there is more yet to come. What is the agenda behind can be just a pure speculation but somebody is having a great interest in spreading this kind of news, since this is not anymore a single case FUD but it looks more like a well-organized process.
