I send 60  xlc coin  2 days ago and not receive in my account

I've waited over 7 days on several occasions for BTC transactions to go through 
Does this mean Bitcoin is a scam ?

I'm very wary of new exchanges, but have had very little problems (fingers crossed) with
Stocks.exchange so far, apart from it being a little slow and not a lot of volume.

if there volume is low then they should have no issues in fixing a problem which is pending since 2 months. don't you agree with that?

Why are all your transactions for almost the same amount (15.979358102682 rrc or thereabouts).

Looks like you have either been mining or collecting faucets to this exchange as amounts are very small.
Exchanges don't like this and most will confiscate your coins for doing this.

I also noticed that your TX details show you sent coins on Timestamp [UCT]: 2017-12-06 18:35:12 9 (or thereabouts)

It appears this coin only got listed on stocks.exchange on approx 29th December

looking at the above prove sending its clear and sure that the coins have landed in there wallet.

i would say do not use the exchange since its very slow and on top the support its not at all good. 2 months and they cannot solve the issue of deposit of my 4131 RRC

these are showing as not being found on the blockchain.

My take on this is that your problem is with Royalcash.  They seem to be breaking down your transactions into smaller amounts
so as they are eaten up by miner fees.  My guess is that these fees go back to royalcash as they are the miners.

Scam coin if you ask me.  The block explorer is designed to make it difficult to find any transaction...

I am sure that the transaction I used as an example did not go to stocks.exchange. It went to reward the miner, while misleading you into thinking it went to your destination address...

I have made thousands of dollars from this exchange in recent weeks. I have never had an issue, some coins take a bit to deposit...my first deposit took about 6 hours, I sent a ticket in and the reply and deposit were in within an hour after ticket was sent.

I never leave any amount in an exchange that I cannot afford to lose. Most important thing to remember...never leave coins you are not trying to immediately (within a week) sell.

I love any exchange that has made me money and Stocks.exchange did very well...Thanks to TUN coin when it came out at over 50 dollars before crashing.

All exchanges have a tendency to be scary. It has taken over 24 hours sometimes to deposit some coins to smaller exchanges, always deposit a small amount first to test, and then take out anything you are not willing to lose. Never keep more than 100 dollars of BTC in any exchange unless you are planning on buying other crypto.

My take on this is that your problem is with Royalcash.  They seem to be breaking down your transactions into smaller amounts
