I was looking for a profitable ICO and found this one. The concept of this coin is for opening a new exchange that is totally decentralized
autonomous organization which will be safe from most of legal regulations or the other technical issues like DDOS attack, hacking.
Because of this coin's character of 'free from many legal regulations', I'm expecting a big amount of china/korea money to flow in..
I think it is quite promising since so many regulations or corruption related to exchanges made such massive collaps of coin prices thesedays.
