As we know many people are buying tokens or participating in ICO so i want if any member can tell me in simple words what is GAS, How much GAS is required to send the token and how to calculate the minimum ETH required to buy the GAS.

You can use Myetherwallet to send the token, because GAS limit is automatic,
and for its GWEI you should see ethgasstation.info for GWEI update.
preferably using fast GWEI.
