Noticed this in today's news.

http://www.pcworld.com/article/2047980/news-junkies-opensource-project-links-bitcoin-with-publishers.html

He has created a server-side client that makes it painless for websites to process micropayments using BTC.

He is described as a "news junkie" and the article describes use on a news outlet, but we all know where this is really going....  Porn.

Hmmm my ears perked up when you said Porn naturally . BitMonet would work nicely for my site (NSFW) as an overlay to access all content good point.

Huh. I suppose it's a good idea but I was really hoping to hear of the world's first sale of impressionist fine art for bitcoins.

If I've said anything amusing and/or informative and you're feeling generous:

pay to read is a very big biz in china , merchants get billions of revenue from that .
I carefully discussed this issue in my article http://p2pbucks.com/?p=7119 .
Of course Bitmonet can be used in other fields , but the problem is :
why people want to pay in BTC  Since BTC price is always going up .
